Arla Plast has today acquired all shares in Alphaplex GmbH in Germany with net sales of EUR 10.1 million in 2021, corresponding to approximately SEK 102.2 million, and an operating margin of approximately 8.2 percent.

Christian Krichau has been appointed new President and CEO of Arla Plast
Arla Plasts AB´s (“Arla Plast”) Board of Directors has today appointed Christian Krichau as the new President and CEO of Arla Plast. Christian has been interim President and CEO since 1 November, prior to that Christian was Head of production within Arla Plast.

Henrik Håkansson resigns as CEO for Arla Plast
The Board of Directors of Arla Plast AB (“Arla Plast”) have reached an agreement with the CEO, Henrik Håkansson, to leave his assignment within the company with immediate effect. The Board of Directors have decided to appoint Christian Krichau, current Production and Technical Manager, as deputy CEO. The recruitment process to find a new permanent CEO will commence immediately.
